- The cost of all property is listed in the villa's inventory and price list, and the tenant must review it upon check-in.
- Noisy parties and very loud music are prohibited by the house rules and to ensure the comfort of neighbors.
- Pets of any type and size are strictly prohibited.
- Twice-weekly cleaning with weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the villa rental price.
- Guests can request additional cleaning and linen changes for an additional fee (1,500 baht per cleaning and 3,000 baht per cleaning and linen change).
- Twice-weekly pool cleaning and garden maintenance are included in the rental price and are performed on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. (The time can be changed by prior arrangement if necessary).
- The cleaning schedule and time are agreed upon with the tenant based on their needs. High-speed internet access is included in the rental price throughout the villa.
- The villa also features one 55-inch Smart TV.
