This deposit must be paid upon check-in in cash, cryptocurrency equivalent, or by bank transfer to a Russian bank card at the current exchange rate. This deposit is refundable in full after the villa inspection if there is no damage to the property.
  • This villa and all its furniture are valued at 46 million baht (138 million rubles), and any damage is quite costly. Therefore, we ask that you treat your temporary accommodation with respect and care, as you would your own property.
